    There is no hood like parenthood right?! Parenting is one of life’s unique challenges. In today's day and age there is more 'noise' than ever around parenting, particularly in the early years. Did someone say, Instagram mummy blog, or your mother in laws advice! The increased noise and unsolicited advice we can absorb in our parenting journey only adds to the complexity of navigating the ride. We would love to provide you with a non-judgmental sounding board and support you to find your unique groove in parenthood.   • EMDR

    EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a psychotherapy that enables people to heal from the symptoms and emotional distress that are the result of disturbing life experiences. Depending on your goals for therapy, EMDR may be a useful tool for assisting you to overcome distressing past memories or work through current triggers of distress. EMDR aside, we believe in working from a trauma informed perspective and will collaborate with you to develop a treatment plan that ensures you feel safe and heard.
